About Us

Our story
Set up by two friends, Andrew and Arran, the duo started developing recipes on a 30-litre homebrew kit, using Arran’s parents' garage as a warehouse.
They have been focused on brewing mostly refreshing pale ales and fruity IPA's which are branded with surreal, colourful artwork.
Over the years and through multiple expansions, they now have a bespoke 1,000-litre brewing kit, 6,750 litres of fermenting capacity, 1,440 sq ft of floor space across three units, and in August 2024, they opened a new craft beer and street food concept in Whitchurch called Kegbelly.
Who we are?
Andrew (right) and Arran (left).
Andrew handles all the sales, marketing, finance, taproom and assists in the brewery.
While Arran is responsible for all the brewing, packaging and deliveries. We are a very small team so you will catch us both working across all departments.

Our venues
Flowerhorn has two venues where you can enjoy our beer direct in Cardiff.
The taproom space is located at the site of the brewery at 454 Western Avenue where you can drink beer just metres away from where it is all brewed. For more info - see Taproom page.
Our new craft beer and street food bar, Kegbelly, a collaboration with our friends and street food traders Mr Croquewich launched in August 2024. Fore more info - see Kegbelly page.
