9% Doughnut Stout
This beer is a collab with our friends at @cardiffdoughandco . We chucked 60 doughnuts in the Mash along with oats and chocolatey roasty malts. Then we fermented this beer on 10kg of sprinkles, 40kg of raspberry puree, 7kg of cacao husks and 2L of Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract. Basically all the flavours you find in your favourite doughnut shop. This is a super thick, sweet, jammy chocolate dessert in a glass!
